Hospitality Team

Lisa Mazzoni, General Manager and Fourth Generation Owner

Lisa left her hometown of Healdsburg as a young adult and spent 20 years in the hospitality and management consulting industries, before returning to Sonoma County in 2013 to focus on building Zialena. In addition to acting as company President, she focuses on creating guest experiences that best showcase the wine and her family’s rich history in Alexander Valley’s wine industry. She passionately carries on her family’s business and legacy while raising her three children with husband, John Filben, in Healdsburg.

Reece Channell, Tasting Room Manager

Reece is a Northern California native and has spent the last 11 years in Sonoma County. He got into the food and wine industry 9 years ago at Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen. There he developed his knowledge of fine dining and wine service, where he worked for 3 and a half years. Then 5 years ago, he took on the challenge of tasting room manager at Williamson Wines in downtown Healdsburg. There he learned the depth and scope of running and creating a wine tasting room experience and brand. He comes to Zialena with a true passion for great wine and its artistry, and a desire to impart all he has learned and will learn to his guests. He is looking forward to creating a true one of a kind experience for all of Zialena’s visitors.

Laura Stafford, Wine Club & Events Manager

Laura grew up among the vineyards and wineries of Amador County working in tasting rooms and in wine production. In 2014 she moved to Northern Sonoma County and joined the Wine Road. Her time at Wine Road provided not only an in depth look at what Sonoma County has to offer, but allowed her to share her knowledge and passion with visitors to our great wine region. Laura joins Zialena as Wine Club & Events Manager to help our members realize their wine club membership benefits. She is also a great resource to help members and non-members alike plan a visit to Zialena and the surrounding area.

Raymond Rolander, Guest Experience Manager

Raymond is locally grown and sourced in Sonoma County, and grew up just outside Santa Rosa in Bennett Valley.  For the last 20 years he has been working in the local Wine Industry in hospitality, sales and wine education.  After running tasting rooms at Arrowood Winery in Sonoma Valley and Bella Vineyard & Wine Caves in Dry Creek Valley, he started his own wine tour company in 2012, Wine Cube Tours.  Raymond started working with Lisa back in 2016 when she was hosting tastings at her father’s house at the top of the vineyard overlooking the construction project that was slowly becoming Zialena Winery.
