This year our winemaker, Mark Mazzoni, will be manning the grill along side Chef Tom Adamian of Corner Project Eats & Ales.

In our final winemaker experience Mark is excited to take you in our barrel room and talk all things cabernet sauvignon. At Zialena we pride ourselves on our closed-loop process to winemaking and farming as well as his two different styles of fermentation techniques, one in concrete and one in barrel. This experience will be seated with a side by side comparison of our 2018 Heritage Cabernet, 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine will have an expertly paired hors d’oeuvre by chef Jamil Peden.
Each educational experience is limited to 40 participants.

Our On the Road Wine Tasting Experiences are our chance to meet in your area and introduce Zialena to local friends and family.
Each guest will recieve three Zialena Wines poured for tasting alongside a chef arrangement of tasty bites.
