2021 Chardonnay

The 2021 Chardonnay is an excellent example of Mark's farming philosophy. During the second year of drought plus a long hot summer, Mark managed to produce a high-quality white wine by carefully managing the canopy, watering when necessary, and controlling the yield. You will immediately notice the aromatic honeysuckle and cardamom spice when you take a sip. The taste is refreshing with hints of mandarin and ripe apricot, followed by a touch of graham cracker, and it finishes with medium acidity and minerality. The straw color is beautiful. This wine has a balanced palate and a medium-long finish that will keep you coming back for more.

2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

Mark's farming and winemaking prowess have reached a new level in 2020, making this vintage a benchmark achievement. Despite the first year of drought, Mark's closed-loop practice has resulted in a Cabernet that he is excited to share with you. The nose is a harmonious blend of blueberry compote and brown butter, while the palate is rich and layered with black currant, cured black olives, a creamy caramel note, and a hint of tobacco. This full-bodied Cabernet is sure to delight for years to come.

2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

As soon as you taste the 2019 Reserve, you'll immediately think of classic Cabernet.Our exclusive barrels, extended aging process, and bottle conditioning all work together to bring out the wine's full potential.When you first smell it, you'll notice hints of Bing cherry, black tea, dried rose petal, and a touch of cigar box.The rich and full-bodied palate reveals notes of baked black plum, creamy crème brulée, tanned leather, cedar, and cured meat.This Cabernet is exactly what Mark aims for in his winemaking process.
