Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process and include $100 of insurance.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature (21 years or older), so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
Insurance and Claims
Insurance up to $100 is included. Wine shipping is not in a temperature controlled environment. Insurance covers breakage or loss. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery for any claims. Claim payments are limited to actual damages up to the declared value listed and must be substantiated by receipt or credit card statement.
There are no returns or refunds of wine or gift cards. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. We pride ourselves on quality wine and products and exceptional customer service.
