Multiple Delivery Attempts
To ensure a successful delivery, an adult over 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. We strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. You may hold/modify your shipping preferences through the carrier UPS/FEDEX. Once tracking information is live in the carrier network Zialena can no longer modify your your order details.
Insurance and Claims
Please notify us within 10 days of delivery for any lost or damage claims. After 10 days Zialena is not accountable for replacements.
Return Policy
