As the nose builds sweet tobacco and your favorite leather chair entice you to take your first sip. Your taste buds are greeted by cardamom and dried cherry rounded out with vanilla bean and toasted walnut in a long rich lingering flavor at the back of your mouth. You will notice a distinct minerality on the mid-palate of graphite coming from the concrete fermentation. This unique quality is part of the reason Mark loves our tanks. This wine is sure to age elegantly but can be enjoyed today.
