Zialena's estate Sauvignon Blanc was planted in July of 2017 with Clone 1, the classic Sauvignon Blanc. This vintage shows Mark's riper and fuller style. It was fermented in 2/3 stainless steel tank and 1/3 neutral French oak. The aromas arrive first with tropical notes of passion fruit, and lychee. Meyer Lemon, brioche, and a pinch of honeydew melon come together on the finish with supportive acidity maintaining the structure of the wine.
